Continuous Freezer

Continuous Freezer is the Ideal Machine to make ice cream mix in to ice cream at standard condition of mix temperature of (+ ) 4* C and Ice Cream Out let Temperature ( - ) 5 * C With Minimum Fat content of 11 %.

Pasteurizer VAT is aim to make destroy bacteria from milk, Ghee, Water & Creams. The Bacteria destroyed by Making Product at Certain Temperature for Certain Time, Higher the Temperature Lower the Time.

It is the ideal machine for mixing sugar, milk powder, cream and stabilizer for milk.

The machine is used in food industry, chemical & Pharmaceutical industry

Plate Heat Exchanger

The plate heat exchanger will be used for cooling the mix from 80 deg.c to 4 deg.c by well water and chilled water. The plates will be pressed from SS sheet of AISI 304 quality. The frame and pressure plate of the PHE shall be fabricated out of mild steel plates cladded with SS sheets.

 

Salient Feature: 

  • Plates are pressed from SS sheets and of AISI 304 quality
  • Sanitary design.
  • Sealing gasket will be of food grade niltrile rubber capable of with standing high temperature during in place cleaning operation.
  • Single and Double stages are available.
